Mary, one of the Industry Forum founders, joined as Chief Executive in 2002. Previously she worked as a senior professional with non-executive director and senior management level experience in business, public sector, non-profit organisations and public/private joint ventures in different areas: In an executive capacity: Operations Director responsible for establishing the regeneration business at Mace project management; Joint Chief Executive and co-founder of Urban Catalyst property developers specialising in public-private projects; Director, Mary Rogers & Associates consultant on numerous, high-profile and innovative business support and urban redevelopment projects in UK and overseas; Joint Chief Executive of Greater London Enterprise (GLE) managing the transfer of ownership and restructuring of UK's first public-private investment group; Co-founder Support, architectural practice and Women’s Design Service.
